Managible and if not manage could be turned into an even deeper problem that will become a label. A label called depression one situation that most don't like to admit or talk about and there are no one solutions or quick fixes to any given cause or effect. So begin the journey to declutter your personal life it could be your messy room or even people in your life that needs to leave your space or your presence. However you choose to go about doing this make sure it's what makes you happy or what brings meaning to your life. Whenever things get out of shape I begin to form a plan in my head and then, I put this plan into prospective by writing it down, So go ahead and create that to do list. Make sure to set those realistic expectations, because unrealistic expectations will land you into more predicaments. Also write the steps needed from your physical intervention to complete what you have started then finally set aside some well deserving time for yourself take a walk, read about something new, watch your favourite show or movie just do something , something that makes you happy. Just do you, So don't for get on with that cleaning of your space this will also clean your mind, your body, your 💖 heart and soul. Make sure to incorporate some music but the right type of music for each occasion. And finally be yourself love who you are and if there are parts of you that you don't like gradually make some changes to become your better self.
